Returns and Exchanges

LoveLi cares about customer comfort and satisfaction, so returns and exchanges are handled quickly and transparently. Customers can return or exchange purchased items within 14 calendar days, provided the items retain their original condition and full set.

It is essential that the item shows no signs of use, and that tags, seals, and size labels remain intact. All products must be returned with their original packaging. If a set was purchased, it must be returned completely.

Items custom-made according to the customer’s measurements are not eligible for returns and exchanges. Similarly, underwear-equivalent products such as corsets, corset dresses, bodysuits, and tops cannot be returned or exchanged under Ukrainian law.

All costs associated with returns and exchanges of items in proper condition are borne by the customer (return shipping). After inspection for compliance with return conditions, the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days. The time for the funds to reach the customer’s account depends on the receiving bank’s regulations.

Exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received. Before sending the item, carefully check the package and pack it properly. For international returns, return shipping and customs duties are paid by the customer. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the package, and the tracking number should be shared with the manager.

If a customer requests order completion or cancellation after shipping, return and reshipping costs are covered by the customer. Following these rules ensures safe and convenient returns and exchanges at LoveLi.

Please note that certain categories of products are not eligible for returns and exchanges under Ukrainian law. According to Law 3161-IV, underwear including pajamas, nightgowns, slips, robes, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
